چکیده
Background: Incidence of laryngeal cancer still high among the upper aerodigestive tract. 85–95% these is squamous cell carcinoma. Locally advanced metastasize more. Supraglottic cancers have highest prevalence regional metastases cancers.
Objectives: To evaluate frequency metastasis in supraglottic carcinoma larynx.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted including 40 patients with Carcinoma Larynx over a period six months from June to November 2014 ENT and Head Neck Surgery department Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, Rajshahi. Those glottic carcinoma, subglottic hypopharyngeal metastatic neck node without any primary site (Occult primary) were excluded study. FNAC done palpable node.
Results: Most 19 (47.5%) age group 50-60 years mean 54.5±13.2 years. present more than one symptom & commonest presenting symptoms cough irritation 35(87.5%) followed by dysphagia 26(65%) change voice 24(60%). A good number patients, 16(40%) presented swelling. Among had their lymph nodes involved. Level-II involved higher cases 10(62.5%). Nodes early stage involvement found most 9(56.5%). Homolateral 13(81.3%).Most growths 22(55.0%) exophytic appearance. The common this aryepiglottic fold arytenoids 20(50.0%). 31(77.5%) T2 tumours. Amon them, stage-III stage-II 10(25%).
Conclusion: Regional very useful prognostic indicator. Supraglottis rich lymphatic drainage proportion tumors spread nodes.

Overall, only 4-9% of all liposarcomas occur in the head and neck region. As such, it is a rare event to see a primary liposarcoma of the aerodigestive tract. These tumors are typically misdiagnosed secondary to their indolent, asymptomatic course and similar...
